Managing Director

A Fulbright Scholar with an MBA in Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise, Lombola is a seasoned expert in research design and strategic consulting. With a career rooted in evidence-based development, he specialises in bridging the gap between high-level data analysis and on-the-ground implementation. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to sustainable social enterprise and a track record of directing large-scale evaluations for international research institutions and UN agencies.

Deputy Director

Paul oversees the operational backbone of RIL, coordinating large-scale field activities and ensuring seamless delivery across our diverse project portfolio. His focus on organisational excellence ensures that RIL meets the rigorous demands of multi-year international contracts and high-pressure data collection schedules.

As a core member of the executive team, Samuel leads our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks. He is responsible for designing the technical indicators and quality assurance protocols that ensure every RIL project delivers precise, actionable insights.
