RIL was founded in 2008 and first registered as research Insight. It later on changed and registered as Research Insight for Learning Limited in 2018.

Research Insight for Learning (RIL) is a research and consulting firm with focus on agriculture, SME development, health and development research. RIL is a Malawian company registered with the registrar of companies as a limited liability company. RIL is incorporated in Blantyre, Malawi with physical address in Chimwankhunda plot number CMD1161 Post Office Box 2354 Blantyre.   RIL works with local and international research institutions, NGOs, donor agencies, UN and the Government of Malawi.

As consultants, we have been involved with development work over the past 10 years.  Our team of associates is familiar with and has experience in providing research and consultancy services in Baselines, End lines, KAP surveys, Development and review of policies and strategies, qualitative and quantitative research, social project designs and evaluations accumulated from professionally and successfully carrying out multiple assignments with many organisations and government agencies in Malawi and other countries.
